Review of nbn demand forecast methodology

The CIE reviewed nbn's methodology and approach to forecasting demand, including customer volumes, traffic, and speed tier mix. The review informed the demand forecasts underpinning the Special Access Undertaking Replacement Module Application submitted by nbn to the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission in July 2025.
