Dominic is an economist who specialises in providing robust quantitative analysis for his clients, with a focus on transport, planning and property economics.  He has worked with a wide range of private sector clients as well as advising all three levels of government and is deeply passionate about applying the insights and tools of economics to drive the sustainability, productivity and equity of Australian cities and regions.

He is skilled in a range of quantitative tools, including cost-benefit analysis, GIS and spatial analysis, econometric modelling and data visualisation, and is passionate about leveraging innovative software and data tools to solve complex problems for clients.

Prior to joining the CIE, Dominic worked in the transport and urban economics practice at Deloitte Access Economics, and has received a Bachelor of Economics (Honours Class 1 in Econometrics) from the University of New South Wales. His honours thesis leveraged several large spatial datasets to examine the political implications of the rollout of the National Broadband Network (NBN).
